The price of your membership will be determined by your fitness level, budget, schedule, and goals. Our membership prices start at $199/month. You can chose 4x/month, 8x/month, 12x/month, or Unlimited. (Our Unlimited membership can be split between 2 clients, ideally family members)

We offer three tears of memberships:

  • Gold (Personal training, classes, open gym hours, and visitor pass)
  • Silver (Personal training, and classes)
  • * Bronze (Personal training only)
Bootcamps, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Spinning (Peloton), and Yoga.
It will depend on your goals, but the fundamentals of your workouts will be strength training, functional training, and endurance.
Our trainers work in shifts, any of our trainers will be able to guide you through your personalized program, this will allow you to book your sessions when they are convenient to you, without having to relay on your trainer’s schedule.
Your sessions do not roll over to the following month- but if you need to use more sessions at any given week during the month, you can do that.
Yes, if you need to cancel we kindly ask for 30 days notice. If you need to pause, you’ll pay a one time freezing fee of $59.99 that will allow you to freeze your membership for as long as you need to within 12 months.
Yes, you can downgrade your membership as long as you give us 30 days notice. Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time.
We have annual contracts, and month to month contracts. You get a 10% discount if you sign up for a Gold or Silver annual contract. If you sign up for a monthly membership there is a three month commitment, after that you can cancel at any time.
If we’re a good fit for you then we will schedule your assessment. During your assessment we will go over your wellness and fitness history, goals, restrictions, mobility, flexibility, among other things. After this one of our trainers will prescribe the membership that best fits you, and will schedule your first official training session. We will reassess you every 6-8 weeks and write a new program for you based on your progress, and goals.
We use MindBody App, we will instruct you on how to set up your account. The app won’t let you book with less than 24 hrs notice, so if that happens feel free to reach out and we can book you on our end if we have the availability.
We specialize on Small Group Training, meaning your trainer will be training up to 3 clients at any given time (unless is a class). All with different programs, and goals. This allows a certain level of independence, but also a sense of team work. Sometimes you may be the only person scheduled, so you’ll end up getting a one on one training session, but this does not happen often.
